The workout will consist of high intensity interval training to improve your speed, power, technique, core stability and movement. This will be challenging but rewarding and will give you a sense of achievement and skills which you will take away which will benefit the rest of your life. Training will be approximately 2 sessions a week and can be weekdays evenings or weekends. You must attend at least half of the training sessions to take part.
Your company can sponsor you for one of the packages listed on the website. Benefits for the sponsor are having their logo printed on the back of your vest and the company name will be mentioned throughout the event plus social media coverage.
There are many benefits for sponsors to receive a return on investment. Firstly, sponsorship is tax deductible, secondly, giving back to charity is great PR and thirdly this is a proper white-collar boxing event and our target market is business, businessmen and women, so the networking possibilities are excellent. Our team will provide introductions that we feel there is synergy to work together, just tell us what you want.
You will need to buy, hand wraps and a gum shield for training. For the boxing match you will need to buy Shorts, Vests and Groin Guard. Empress Rooms will provide, 16oz gloves & headgear on the event night. All equipment is available to buy from our shop.

The weigh in will be a few days before the event. You are required to attend the weigh in to find out who you are fighting and have face off promotional photos taken.
Don’t worry the event will be well run and organised, with a ring side doctor and emergency medical team on hand the same provisions as professional boxing. It will be a glamorous event and you will be the superstar on the night.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us inviting you to join a Facebook group. Please make sure you join this group as information will be posted in there across the 8 weeks.
- We will email you with details of your JustGiving page.
- You will receive a text from your area event organiser within 14 days of signing up.
- We will invite you along to a registration meeting where we will give you all the information about the process and give you chance to ask any questions.
- Training starts!
When you sign up you will receive an email with details of your JustGiving team page. If you do not get this email, Here’s how to set up your page.

- You will then be prompted to make an account. Login using your Facebook account or your email. Search for the event by searching Dearne valley Personal Development Centre to find the event. Once your page is created you can then start sharing your page, and raising funds.

These Empress Rooms White Collar Boxing events are for over 18’s only.
You will train as a group for 8 weeks. At the end of the training our experienced team will match you with someone else from that group who is of similar age, weight, ability, fitness. ERWCB ensure you will be matched matches for the boxing event.

All participants are insured at the event by our in-house Insurance company.
To take part in Empress Rooms White Collar Boxing events you need to be aged between 18 and 55 years old.

VIP - Package £400 (Includes main meal + 10 ring side seats)
Please present your ticket at the door for entry. Tickets are strictly non-refundable or transferable, we do not offer a replacement ticket service for lost or stolen tickets. ERWBC do not sell tickets on the door of our events.

Our events or very commercial so we insist on a fitting dress code, which is for men suited and booted, and the lady's a lovely classy evening cocktail dress. You will be refused entry if you turn up to the event wearing jeans or trainers.
